A custom rotary dryer with a baghouse needed to be built to meet a custom-drying portable business plan. The intent was to own a mobile system producing a few thousand tons of sand at a time. The sand would be dried and screened for multiple sizes and able to move to multiple sites within the lower 48 states.

Tarmac designed a solution and built this single-load frame with the rotary dryer and baghouse both mounted to it. The customer connects to fuel and power. They install their existing sand conveyors and screening units for any sizes and operate the system anywhere. TI262
