Tarmac Combustion Flights
COMBUSTION FLIGHTS:
- 3/8″ THICK COMBUSTION FLIGHTS KEEP MATERIAL FROM PASSING THROUGH THE FLAME, INSURING SPACE FOR COMPLETE COMBUSTION

Tarmac adjustable drying flights
ADJUSTABLE DRYING FLIGHTS:
- ALLOWS FOR EASE OF OPERATIONAL CHANGES IN ALTERING THE VEIL PATTERN RESULTING IN LOWER GAS DISCHARGE TEMPERATURES FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY.
- FLIGHTS MADE FROM 3/8″ STEEL

Dryer Tire With Welded Leaf Springs
LEAF SPRING MOUNTED TIRES:
- DRUM TIRES ARE SINGLE BILLET ROLLED. THERE ARE NO WELDS TO CRACK.
- MACHINED TO EXACT TOLERANCES, MATCHED SET CONCENTRIC TO ± 0.030″
- 8″ WIDE x 3″ THICK

Tarmac Trunnions and Thrust Rollers
TRUNNIONS AND THRUST ROLLERS:
- TRUNNIONS ARE SUPPORTED BY PILLOW BLOCK BEARINGS MOUNTED TO A COMMON BASE PLATE.
- MACHINED TO EXACT TOLERANCES TO INTERFACE PROPERLY WITH THE DRUM TIRES.
- TARMAC’S MASSIVE TWIN THRUST ROLLERS ARE EQUAL TO THE TASK OF PROTECTING THE DRYER FROM “WALKING” OFF THE TRUNNION ROLLERS.
